Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Technology Enablement Lead to translate business, legal, and policy needs into configured tech experiences across CES surfaces. You will own discovery, configure workflows and rules, and enable onboarding from start to finish.

Responsibilities include Salesforce administration, building AI-first content, and coordinating with Product and Engineering for new capabilities. Strong cross-functional communication is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years in project/program operations or related area.
• 5 years’ experience in project management, program operations, or related area.
• Experience translating requirements into configured technology solutions and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate business, operational, legal, and policy needs into configured technology experiences.
• Configure workflows, business rules, decision logic, actions, permissions, and setup.
• Support Salesforce administration and configuration for CES business experiences.
• Build and maintain AI-first content supporting associates, customers, and AI.
• Lead technical discovery and translate needs into executable requirements.
• Enable onboarding from discovery through testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Identify cross-system dependencies and ensure scalable execution across CES surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Engineering for new capabilities, integrations, APIs, or functionality.
