You will connect Customer Growth priorities with Walmart Marketing, shaping CRM journeys, media, creative, and promotions that drive customer actions and business outcomes. Collaborate across Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Merchandising, Operations, and Analytics to align strategies, optimize programs, and deliver cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years’ experience in project/program management or related area; or 7 years’ experience with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant field and 4 years’ experience in project management/program operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Marketing partner for Customer Growth, translating priorities into integrated marketing plans.
• Connect campaigns across CRM, lifecycle marketing, media, creative, offers, and promotions to prioritized actions.
• Embed Customer Growth priorities into campaign briefs, calendars, roadmaps, and planning forums.
• Identify opportunities to improve alignment across campaigns, channels, and touchpoints.
• Coordinate growth initiatives with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Translate insights into future marketing recommendations.
• Build relationships across Marketing to advance Customer Growth frameworks.
