Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Senior Technology Operations Analyst to oversee advanced technical delivery across a portfolio within the Technology Operations model. You will translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and mentor analysts to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You’ll partner with Team Lead to manage complex demand, guide stakeholders, and drive improvements across regions with a proactive, consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with AGS or other staffing companies is a plus.
• MSP experience is a plus.
• Projects strong confident image to AGS PO, Clients and Technology Partners.
• Must have experience with utilizing and managing one or more SAAS technologies.
• Experience in an environment with high call volume is preferred.
• Previous software administration and support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Own complex VMS configurations, enhancements, investigations and technical service requests within the portfolio.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical configuration or operational solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for complex, recurring or high-impact technology issues.
• Define solution approaches, risks, dependencies, testing requirements and implementation steps.
• Ensure complex work is documented, tested, quality-checked and implemented.
