Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Technology Lead to drive SFMC and Data Cloud initiatives for partner marketing. You will architect data models, build end-to-end pipelines, and collaborate across data engineering, software engineering, and analytics to enable personalized marketing at scale.

You will mentor engineers, design data capture and integration patterns, and push for AI-enabled workflows while maintaining governance and reliability in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years building and operating enterprise software platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Marketing Cloud.
• Strong SQL and programming skills (Python/Java/Scala).
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex SFMC initiatives for partner marketing.
• Own and architect the end-to-end data model for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Design and build a knowledge graph connecting partner, property, contact, and campaign entities.
• Define ontology and identity resolution/deduplication logic.
• Design, develop, and optimize data capture, processing, storage, and distribution.
• Build and maintain batch and streaming pipelines at scale.
• Expose data through APIs and services that integrate with internal platforms.
• Mentor engineers and review designs for platform-wide standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate AI/LLM capabilities into data workflows.
