Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to own CRM production end-to-end, including AI-assisted enhancements via Agentforce. Lead the design, build, deployment, and troubleshooting of SFMC campaigns at scale, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will work with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript/SSJS, and SQL, ensuring data accuracy and robust QA in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Expertise across Journey Builder & Automation Studio.
• AMPscript (required) and SSJS (preferred).
• SQL for segmentation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with API integrations and triggered sends.
• Proven experience in production environments with high-volume campaigns.
• Strong QA focus and error prevention.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Content Development.
• Build and maintain scalable solutions using AMPscript, SQL, and APIs, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Own full lifecycle delivery: requirements gathering, build, QA, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Implement complex journey logic with entry criteria, suppressions, deduplication, and personalization.
