Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist to own CRM production end-to-end, develop campaigns, and implement AI-assisted enhancements within a fast-paced environment. You will work on Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript/SSJS, and SQL to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns for Expedia Group brands.

The role requires deep SFMC expertise, API integrations, and production-ready QA in a collaborative, agile setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
• Strong skills across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, and SSJS.
• Proficient in SQL for segmentation, validation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build scalable solutions using AMPscript, SQL, and APIs with high performance and reliability.
• Own full lifecycle delivery from requirements to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
