Job summary
Alldus is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead/Principal Engineer to set the technical direction as our platform scales across customers and geographies. You will own the engineering vision, drive foundational architectural decisions, and recruit top engineers to build reliable, AI-enabled enterprise software.
You will work closely with the CEO and founding team to shape product, architecture, and the engineering culture, balancing speed with security and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Hands-on software engineering with production-scale systems.
- Ability to review code and challenge architecture.
- Experience in early-stage or scaling startups.
- Track record of building and leading teams.
- Experience with AI-enabled products (RAG, LLM orchestration).
- Experience designing data-intensive, scalable systems.
