Job summary

Alldus in New York is seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering to establish and lead the company’s technical direction as the platform, team, and customer base scale.

This role will own the engineering vision, make foundational architectural decisions, recruit exceptional talent, and ensure reliable delivery for sophisticated enterprise customers, working directly with the CEO and the founding team to shape product, architecture, and culture.

Qualifications

• Shipping and operating production systems at meaningful scale.
• Ability to review code and guide architectural decisions.
• Experience in an early-stage or scaling startup environment.
• Track record of building, hiring, and leading engineering teams.
• Experience developing production-grade AI-enabled products.
• Background designing and operating data-intensive systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise software requirements including integrations, security, and multi-tenancy.
