Qualifications

• 10+ years of communications experience.
• Experience managing global internal comms programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate complex business issues into clear messages.
• Persuade and influence senior leaders; act as a trusted advisor to management.
• High-quality copywriting, speech writing, and presentation skills.
• Drive comms activities to support transformation and culture initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and aligning executives.
