Qualifications

• 5+ years guiding strategy and execution in a communications role.
• Deep experience in executive and business communications.
• Ability to navigate between strategy and execution and produce clear communications.
• Proven success building programs that inform and delight employees.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and fluid situations.
• Experience tailoring communications to distributed offices and both full-time/hourly workforce.
• Experience interfacing with executives and influencing leadership.
• Experience using AI to improve communication effectiveness.

• Influence key company leadership to develop and disseminate messages to team members, aligning strategy and priorities.
• Own strategy and results for informing all relevant team members on important org news and updates.
• Provide strategic, hands-on support to senior leaders.
