Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve value realization frameworks connecting tech investments to outcomes.
• Establish KPIs, OKRs across products and portfolios for alignment on success.
• Partner with Product, Finance and Tech leaders to align roadmaps to value hypotheses and targets.
• Lead benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews to measure outcomes.
• Provide insights to support investment prioritization and continuous improvement.
• Standardize value measurement, reporting, and governance across Technology.
• Ensure data quality for value tracking and improve measurement practices.
• Build dashboards for clear visibility into value realization.
• Coach teams on value-based decision making and trade-offs.
• Embed accountability for outcomes across technology initiatives.
• Refine frameworks and tools to fit evolving tech operating models.
