Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Business Systems Consultant to support large-scale initiatives within Technology Business Systems Consulting. You will analyze complex challenges, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled tooling, policy adherence, and cross-team coordination, with 3 days onsite across Charlotte, NC and Las Colinas, TX.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design.
• Understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance in business systems environments.
• AI familiarity (Copilot or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex, broad-impact initiatives within Technology Business Systems Consulting, providing strategic guidance and analysis.
• Review and analyze large-scale or long-term challenges, evaluating multiple factors, including intangible or unprecedented elements.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by leveraging policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align solutions with organizational objectives and standards.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by providing insights and recommendations for optimizing business systems.
• Support AI and platform initiatives by coordinating inputs across teams, ensuring production readiness, and managing dependencies across engineering, architecture, and governance.
