Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Technical Business Analyst to translate customer needs into technical specs and implement solutions within the WI Workflow Automation platform. You will capture requirements, write use cases, and define acceptance criteria while collaborating with product owners, developers, and end users.

You will drive workflow solutions, document requirements, manage backlogs, and coordinate multi-regional implementations across teams in different time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4–5 years of technology/digital product experience.
• Experience eliciting customer requirements and crafting use cases.
• Experience with writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with JIRA and XTRAC applications.
• Experience with multi-regional projects.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the composition, build, and delivery of workflow and process solutions for Workplace Investing Customers.
• Collaborate with business partners to collect and document requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of capabilities to users.
• Work with teams across regions and time zones.
• Identify and solve complex issues and translate into intuitive solutions.
• Maintain relationships with team members, users, customers, and collaborators.
• Translate product strategy into executable product requirements.
• Document user scenarios, use cases, and user personas.
• Perform ongoing backlog maintenance and facilitate prioritization sessions.
• Manage timelines and delivery expectations.
• Work with teams to drive testing, implementation, and delivery of capabilities.
