Fidelity Investments seeks a Technical Business Analyst to translate customer needs into technical specs and implement solutions within the WI Workflow Automation platform. You will capture requirements, write use cases, and define acceptance criteria while collaborating with product owners, developers, and end users.
You will drive workflow solutions, document requirements, manage backlogs, and coordinate multi-regional implementations across teams in different time zones.

We’re seeking a hardworking team member with proven technical expertise and experience working alongside product owners, squad leads, software developers, end users, and colleagues. They will capture requirements, document use cases, write acceptance criteria, and use other tools to convey the ideal user experience.
The Business Infrastructure Team is part of the WI Quality Organization. The team is responsible to ensure our business partners are prepared for change and are collaborating with teams leading the initiative. We partner with business, systems and agile teams across Fidelity.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
