Qualifications

• Experience with large customer-base software systems.
• Experience with multi-regional projects and high impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow and process solutions for Workplace Investing customers.
• Collaborate with business partners to collect and document requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of capabilities to users across regions.
• Translate product strategy into executable requirements.
• Capture use cases, user flows, and personas for solution development.
• Maintain the product backlog and support prioritization sessions.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
