Job summary

You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and end users to capture requirements, document use cases, and write acceptance criteria that define the ideal user experience.

This onsite role emphasizes coordinating across regions to drive delivery from backlog to deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of technology/digital products experience.
• Experience eliciting customer requirements and crafting use cases.
• Experience facilitating requirements capturing sessions with customers, users, internal teams, business partners, etc.
• Experience with software systems with a large customer base.
• Experience with multi-regional footprint projects.
• Experience with JIRA and XTRAC applications preferred.
• Configuration, workflow, and BPM knowledge is a plus.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-level business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Capture requirements, document use cases, write acceptance criteria, and convey the ideal user experience.
• Drive workflow and process solutions for Workplace Investing customers.
• Collaborate with business partners across regions to collect and document requirements.
• Coordinate delivery of capabilities to users across time zones and geographies.
• Support testing, implementation, and deployment with cross-functional teams.
