In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing advisor and client experiences through innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive complex initiatives and leverage AI capabilities for process improvement.

Your ideal background includes 5+ years in Business Analysis within financial services and familiarity with Agile methodologies. The position is hybrid-friendly, requiring office attendance 2-3 days a week in St Petersburg, Florida.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in financial services.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile.
