Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Covington, KY is seeking a Technical Business Analyst who translates customer needs into technical specifications and implements solutions in the WI Workflow Automation platform. You will capture requirements, document use cases, write acceptance criteria, and collaborate with product owners, squad leads, software developers, end users, and colleagues to deliver effective workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
4–5 years’ experience in technology / digital products.
Experience eliciting customer / user requirements, crafting use cases, writing user stories.
Experience facilitating requirements capturing sessions with customers, users, internal teams, business partners, etc.
Experience with software systems with a large customer base.
Experience with projects that have a multi-regional footprint and high impact.
Experience with JIRA and XTRAC applications preferred.
Experience with configuration, workflow, and BPM (Business Process Management) is a plus.
Project management skills are outstanding and you can prioritize effectively while solving problems analytically.

Attention to detail aligned with operational objectives.

Responsibilities

Analyze high level business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement solutions into the Workplace Investing (WI) Workflow Automation platform.
Capture requirements, document use cases, write acceptance criteria, and convey the ideal user experience.
Drive the composition, build, and delivery of workflow and process solutions for WI Customers.
Collaborate with business partners to collect and document requirements and coordinate delivery to users.
Work with teams across different regions and time zones to deliver capabilities.
Identify and solve complex issues and translate into intuitive solutions.
Maintain relationships with team members, users, customers, and collaborators in person and remote.
Translate product strategy into executable product requirements and user flows.
