Qualifications

• 3–6 years of general business/technical analysis experience.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.
• BS in Business Administration, CS, or related field; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed business requirements for functional and non-functional capabilities.
• Gathers and interprets information from multiple sources and makes recommendations.
• Supports application development teams and documents business processes.
• Translates technical concepts for business and technical audiences.
• Leads small to medium projects and develops estimates/plans.
• Collaborates with UX/Design to prototype requirements.
• Validates test cases and ensures scripts evaluate business functions.
