Job summary
Raymond James Financial, Inc. in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology for large-scale account conversions, including ACATS and Mass Account Transfers.
You will document system requirements and collaborate with development teams to deliver reliable solutions. The role requires 3–6 years of technical BA experience, familiarity with SDLC, Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid, and strong data analysis skills; experience with Oracle, MS SQL Server, SSRS,
Qualifications
- Three to five years of relevant technical business analysis experience is highly preferred.
- Financial Services experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of SDLC and work through various phases with IT partners; familiarity with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.

- Creates detailed business requirements for functional and non-functional capabilities.
- Gathers and interprets information from multiple sources and makes recommendations.
- Translates technical concepts to business audiences and vice versa.
