Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC’s Publisher Monetization Device Ads team seeks a Principal Tech Business Developer to shape device advertising strategy, identify opportunities, and scale advertiser growth across our publisher networks. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

In this role, you will translate market insights into go-to-market plans, build scalable business models, and drive cross-functional alignment that accelerates revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, finance, and engineering teams.
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency, and scale within the device display advertising business.
• Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights, then establish mechanisms to track adoption and optimize sales execution.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to address customer needs, refine product offerings, and achieve revenue targets in partnership with sales, marketing, product, and program teams.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews that communicate roadmap updates, strategic inputs, performance metrics, and financial results to senior leadership.
