Job summary
Amazon Publisher Monetization Device Ads team seeks a Principal Tech Business Developer to shape the future of device advertising and scale advertiser growth across publisher networks. You'll operate in an entrepreneurial yet large‑company setting, collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to drive impact through new opportunities.
You will lead cross‑functional efforts to define goals, track adoption, and refine go‑to‑market strategies, while presenting progress and financial outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years professional or military experience.
- 7+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
- Experience shaping GTM, BD, Sales or Consulting strategies.
- Ability to influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans focused on demand generation and adoption.
- Identify and implement strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and scale.
- Define goals from market insights and track adoption and sales execution.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to address customer needs and revenue targets.
- Present regular reviews with roadmap updates and financial results to senior leadership.
