Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Principal Tech Business Developer for the Publisher Monetization device ads team to shape the future of device advertising, identifying opportunities and scaling advertiser growth across publisher networks.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering, lead cross-functional initiatives, and present regular reviews to senior leadership as you drive revenue targets and strategic go-to-market plans in a fast-evolving ads landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of professional or military experience
• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, finance, and engineering teams
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency, and scale within the device display advertising business
• Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights, then establish mechanisms to track adoption and optimize sales execution
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to address customer needs, refine product offerings, and achieve revenue targets in partnership with sales, marketing, product, and program teams
• Prepare and present regular business reviews that communicate roadmap updates, strategic inputs, performance metrics, and financial results to senior leadership
