Job summary

Amazon Publisher Monetization Device Ads team is seeking a Principal Tech Business Developer in Sunnyvale to shape device advertising by identifying new opportunities and scaling advertiser growth across publisher networks. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to drive cross-functional impact and sustainable business models.

You’ll lead business plans, analyze market insights, and present roadmap updates to senior leadership while building strategic partnerships across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Preferred: founder or executive experience or leading a business unit.
• Preferred: selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans focused on demand generation and adoption strategies, working closely with stakeholders across sales, product, finance, and engineering teams
• Identify and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, efficiency, and scale within the device display advertising business
• Define business goals based on market segmentation and customer insights, then establish mechanisms to track adoption and optimize sales execution
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to address customer needs, refine product offerings, and achieve revenue targets in partnership with sales, marketing, product, and program teams
• Prepare and present regular business reviews that communicate roadmap updates, strategic inputs, performance metrics, and financial results to senior leadership
