• Execute cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI spends and infrastructure utilization.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, decisions logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress and recommendations to executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish and deliver outputs ready for client review.
