Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned advisor to help top technology and AI companies execute critical transformations, delivering strategy-to-implementation with measurable impact. You'll lead complex programs, manage client relationships, and drive value realization across multi-domain engagements.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, travel 40–50% on average, with opportunities to influence at the executive level and shape AI-enabled operating models across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working in the Software & Platforms tech industry
• Minimum of 5 years of experience at a consulting firm
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers and ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Build project infrastructure: workplans, governance, logs, and risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress to executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish; deliver outputs ready for client review.
• Maintain high quality across deliverables; ensure coherence and client-readiness.
• Support business development and grow client relationships.
• Manage client relationships day-to-day and coordinate across teams.
• Develop junior team members and provide growth opportunities.
• Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
