Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build actionable plans and operating models.
• Drive execution alongside client teams; remove barriers and ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformations and track delivery against ROI.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
• Build the project infrastructure: workplans, governance, logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating progress to executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish; ensure outputs are client-ready.
• Own quality across deliverables; maintain coherence and rigor.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
• Lead client relationships day-to-day; set expectations and build trust.
• Coordinate across streams to keep delivery on track and focused.
• Develop junior team members; provide feedback and growth opportunities.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
