Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant for our Technology 360 Recruitment team in Toronto. The role focuses on business development, sourcing and placing candidates, and delivering high-quality client service.

You will manage the full candidate lifecycle, build relationships with Fortune 500 clients, and contribute to a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Hybrid & flexible working is available, with a comprehensive benefits package and a structured career development

Qualifications

Business development experience in agency recruitment
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Professional demeanour, team player and thrives under pressure

Responsibilities

Business development activity targeting new and existing clients
Achieving monthly and quarterly fee targets
Sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking
Interviewing, selection and assessment of candidates
Maintaining expert knowledge of the market recruited in
Preparing candidates and clients for interview
Ensuring high levels of service to clients and candidates
Completing all candidate and client information in the database and keeping it up to date
