Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Microsoft Teams & M365 Lead Engineer to provide expertise in design, solutioning and resiliency for Teams and M365 platforms. You will lead the engineering program, collaborate with architects, and own documentation and escalation processes while guiding end-user support and security/compliance alignment.

You will design and implement solutions with operations teams, integrate Teams Voice with on-premises PBX, and drive automation and governance across cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Microsoft 365 certified teams administrator or equivalent.
• Demonstrated work history administering MS Teams for complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions that meet business and technical requirements for associated platforms.
• Lead the Engineering program related to these tools.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement solution designs.
• Coordinate Teams Voice integration with Cisco Call Manager.
• Provide L4 support during major incidents and mentor Teams engineers.
• Define long-term solution and environment roadmaps with management and strategy teams.
• Automate repeatable tasks and build scalable product solutions.
