Elsevier B.V. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead design and support of collaboration solutions within EUC, focusing on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.

You will mentor others, deliver governance improvements, and partner with the Enterprise Engineering Lead to drive the EUC roadmap in an agile environment. This role supports global colleagues and emphasizes security and user experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot)
• Experience designing or supporting Power Platform solutions and tools
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences
• Experience with agile delivery environments
• Familiarity with Copilot or AI-enabled technologies
• Experience administering collaboration tools like Slack
• Exposure to bulk email tools like SendGrid
• Understanding of governance, security, or compliance practices (or willingness to develop)

Aufgaben

• Provide guidance and implement best practices across Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and Power Platform
• Manage and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment to ensure performance, security, and compliance
• Lead and support governance practices for Power Platform and AI-enabled tools
• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Act as a technical point of contact for collaboration platforms
• Deliver improvements and new capabilities within the M365 ecosystem, supporting user adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out and maintain solutions
• Share knowledge, support team development, and contribute to collaborative ways of working
