Job summary

State Street is seeking a Senior Microsoft Teams & M365 Lead Engineer to drive engineering program design, documentation and resiliency for collaboration tools. You will partner with tower leads, architects and operations to deliver scalable solutions.

You will mentor teams, implement automated processes, and ensure alignment with policy and controls while coordinating with security, compliance and governance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Microsoft 365 certified Teams Administrator or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience administering MS Teams in complex environments.
• Knowledge of AD, Exchange, and security/compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions meeting business and technical requirements for collaboration platforms.
• Collaborate with operations to implement design solutions.
• Integrate Teams Voice with Cisco Call Manager.
• Own engineering documentation and runbooks; mentor teams.
• Provide L4 support during major incidents and audit readiness.
