Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager On Duty and oversee all store areas in the absence of other managers.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Members throughout the store.
• Ensure Fleet Farm standards for in-stock levels and trip assurance.
• Maintain customer readiness standards and provide a welcoming store environment.
• Coordinate with management on zone maintenance and special projects.
• Provide input to Sales Manager for performance reviews.
