Job summary

Neumo, a government services firm, seeks a customer support specialist to assist taxpayers via phone, email, and correspondence. You will process payments daily, support DRE projects, and help with new client implementations from its Birmingham, AL area.

The role requires strong communication, data handling, and a detail-oriented approach. Prior Salesforce and data analysis experience is a plus; bilingual capabilities are a plus as well.

Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent; or 3 years related experience or training
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Salesforce experience a plus; data analysis background preferred

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound telephone customer service
• Handle support emails, refunds, research, resolve, and record problems
• Coordinate with other departments for training, data entry, taxpayer support and communications
• Review ordinances/acts/legislation to learn requirements, rates, municipal workflows, and government reps
• Prepare and assist in proofing of data and correspondence
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned
