Job summary

Neumo Holdings LLC in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Senior Collections Specialist (On-Site) to provide quality taxpayer support by phone, email, and correspondence, while processing payments and driving DRE projects and new client implementations. This is a full-time clerical role located on-site in Birmingham.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent with strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills; Salesforce experience is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is beneficial for communications

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent plus related experience.
• Experience with data analysis is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/outbound telephone customer service.
• Handle support emails, refunds, research, resolve, and record problems.
• Work with other departments for training, data entry, taxpayer support and communications.
• Review ordinances/acts/legislation to understand requirements, rates, municipal workflows, and government representatives.
• Prepare and assist in proofreading of data and correspondence.
• Complete tasks with aggressive deadlines and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
