Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and drive enterprise transformation. You will manage client engagements, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable impact.

The role reports to a leader within Business Solutions and requires strong program governance, client readiness, and collaboration across tax technology platforms. Hybrid work option available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, data management, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale client and internal technology-enabled implementation projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure delivery.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee delivery quality, timelines, and budget adherence across engagements.
• Maintain client relationships and support proposals, onboarding, and billing activities.
