Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives that support Ryan’s service lines, proprietary platforms, and enterprise strategy.

You will manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality outcomes, translating requirements into scalable solutions that drive efficiency and measurable financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.
