• Proven success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in client settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and innovations for Ryan’s service lines.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation with disciplined financial oversight.
• Oversee technical direction: requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, onboarding.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and client relationships; drive governance and quality controls.
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams; coordinate resources across multiple initiatives.
• Support billing, forecasting, and engagement materials with accuracy.
