Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled initiatives across service lines and platforms. You will drive projects from scope through delivery, aligning business needs with scalable technical solutions to improve efficiency and client value.

Reporting to Business Solutions leadership, you will manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7–10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, technology-enabled implementation and innovation initiatives supporting Ryan’s service lines and platforms.
Manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive efficiency, client value, and financial impact.
Oversee dual aspects of program leadership: technical oversight and client engagement to advance digital transformation objectives.
Coordinate governance, resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
