Job summary

BDO USA seeks an experienced Tax Experienced Manager for Core Tax Services in Madison, WI. You will advise clients on tax implications of business objectives, manage complex tax issues, and lead a team on planning, compliance, and research.

You will participate in leadership, marketing, and business development while maintaining client relationships and serving as the primary contact for complex questions.

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more years of prior tax experience and/or public accounting, private industry accounting or consulting experience.
• CPA certification, Attorney admitted or EA (or equivalent) is required or preferred.
• Masters in Accountancy or Taxation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates and senior associates on all projects.
• Reviews work prepared by associates and senior associates and provides review comments.
• Directs tax provisions and ASC 740/FIN 48 analysis; explains components to clients.
