• Ensures client compliance with authorities and minimizes tax and reporting burdens.
• Manages tax process, budgets, and resources for timely delivery.
• Reviews returns, prepares notes for preparers, and identifies potential tax issues.
• Drafts tax provision memos and supports ASC 740/FIN 48 tax accruals.
• Maintains documentation and communicates with clients and team members.
