Verital Advisory Search is partnering with a leading national public accounting firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager for its Chicago practice. This role offers high-level client exposure and a clear path toward Partner, with significant leadership responsibilities and equity participation.

The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in public accounting tax, strong C-Corp/1120 experience, and a track record of developing teams and managing complex engagements.

Formación

• 7–10+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong C-Corporation / Form 1120 experience.
• Exposure to larger, more sophisticated corporate clients.
• Leadership and client relationship management abilities.
• Big Four/top national firm experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements for large corporate clients.
• Oversee C-Corporation / Form 1120 returns and related workpapers.
• Manage ASC 740 income tax provisions.
• Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key clients.
• Oversee multiple engagements and manage client deliverables.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Managers, Seniors, and junior team members.
• Work closely with Partners on complex tax matters, client strategy, and practice growth.
• Contribute to business development and long-term client relationships.
