Kovoro partners with a Top 25 public accounting firm in the Midwest to recruit a Senior Tax Manager for the Chicago office. The role focuses on corporate, partnership, and individual tax work for private equity-backed companies, family-owned businesses, real estate operators, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Senior Tax Manager will oversee engagements from planning through filing, mentor a 4–6 person team, and coordinate with client CFOs and national specialty groups.

Qualifikationen

• CPA with valid licensure required.
• 7+ years in progressive public accounting focused on corporate and pass-through taxation.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, federal consolidated returns, and multi-state apportionment.
• Experience supervising junior staff.

• Oversee a portfolio of corporate, partnership, and individual tax engagements from planning through filing.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 staff and seniors.
• Interface directly with clients and their CFOs.
• Collaborate with national specialty groups including R&D credits, cost segregation, and international tax.
