Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Master's in Taxation (MST) or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive tax and accounting experience in a public accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, review, and delivery of complex tax engagements (business, individual, trust, estate, gift, flow-through, multi-state).
• Review complex returns and work papers; provide guidance and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Advise on tax planning, business succession, estate planning, wealth transfer, M&A, restructurings, and entity planning.
