Job summary

TSS Advisors, LLC in Keene, NH seeks a Tax Manager to join a fast-growing advisory firm serving closely held businesses. You will review flow-through tax returns and coordinate with client support staff, with strong growth opportunities within the firm.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial CPAs or EAs with a team mindset, capable of reviewing complex returns and leading a small tax team in a flexible work arrangement, including occasional in-person client meetings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a medium-sized public accounting firm preparing and reviewing flow-through income tax returns.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficient in project management including scheduling, budgeting, client correspondence, and research.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity within a professional environment.
• Team leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review flow-through federal, state, and multi-state tax returns with emphasis on flow-through entities.
• Assist in ongoing tax planning and coordination of client engagements.
• Communicate effectively with the team and meet deadlines.
• Research tax law updates and complex tax issues; provide recommendations.
• Support in team technical skill development and client relationship growth.
