TSS Advisors in Keene, NH or remote is seeking a Tax Manager to join a fast-growing, innovative professional advisory firm. You will review flow-through returns and coordinate directly with client support staff, serving owner-managed businesses across construction, real estate, manufacturing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate is a CPA or EA with 5+ years in a mid-sized public firm, strong tax knowledge, project management, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years at a mid-sized public accounting firm reviewing flow-through tax returns.
• Strong tax knowledge with emphasis on flow-through entities.
• Proven project management and client coordination skills.
• Integrity, attention to detail, and team leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Review flow-through federal, state, and multi-state tax returns.
• Coordinate with client support staff to meet deadlines.
• Conduct tax research and provide recommendations to the team.
• Support in ongoing tax planning and client engagements.
• Help develop the team's technical skills and client relationships.
