The ideal candidate has 3+ years in public accounting with strong tax knowledge, attention to detail, and integrity. CPA or EA status is preferred; we offer a flexible hybrid work structure and opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• 3+ years with a public accounting firm preparing and reviewing individual and business income tax returns.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or review individual tax returns depending on client complexity.
• Review tax information supplied by the client and obtain open items if necessary.
• Assist in ongoing tax planning and tax projections in accordance with firm and professional standards as directed by engagement leaders.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with our team on client issues that arise.
• Ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
• Research tax law updates and provide recommendations to the team, ensuring compliance.
