The position is based out of Keene, NH or remote with a preference for some in-person work and travel to meet clients. Applicants should be CPAs or EAs with strong accounting skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with a medium-sized public accounting firm preparing and reviewing flow-through income tax returns.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficient in project management including scheduling, budgeting, client correspondence, and research.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ongoing tax planning and coordination of client engagements.
• Conduct detailed and technical review of complex federal, state, and multi-state tax returns with emphasis on flow-through entities.
• Communicate efficiently with the team on client issues and ensure deadlines are met.
• Research tax law updates and complex issues, providing recommendations to the team.
• Support team technical skill development and foster client relationships with timely responses.
