Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex tax issues affecting operations and initiatives.
• Develop and document technical tax analyses for planning, reporting, audit defense, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with business units and Finance leadership to structure initiatives tax-efficiently and compliantly.
• Identify tax risk exposures and propose mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external advisors and manage discrete engagements.
