Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax experience with JD; admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Ability to independently manage significant tax matters and provide technical analyses.
• Experience partnering with business units and finance leadership on tax-efficient structures.

Responsibilities

• Advises on complex tax issues affecting operations, transactions, and initiatives.
• Develops technical tax analyses supporting planning, reporting, audit defense, and compliance.
• Collaborates with product and finance teams to align initiatives with tax rules and risk tolerance.
