PayPal Inc. is seeking an experienced Tax Counsel for Information Reporting to ensure global policy compliance on information reporting and withholding rules (FATCA, CRS, CARF, 1099).

You will partner with cross-functional teams to assess new products and changes, determining applicability and creating new policies where needed. The role requires strong judgment to identify legal risk, mentor junior staff, and drive regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant tax experience and a JD or foreign equivalent.
• Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage significant tax matters.

• Develop and document technical tax analyses supporting positions and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance and product teams to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
